estonian energy
Definitely the most intense AIESEC conference I have attended lately. And definitely the most intense from a chair perspective so far.
I really enjoyed being at Energy this time and finally visiting Estonia, a country that fulfilled my hopes... Even a day after the conference while going to work in the car my feelings where so intense that I suddenly started to cry. So why was this conference so special to me?

This time I can say that the facilitators team was really a team and was amazing. Somehow the diversity of the characters and countries made it unique. Despite all the differences we felt united and I really really believe that this team is special.- The people at the conference as well were surprising to me. Parties were - as expected - intense. But I couldn't believe how intense they were. We were sleeping on the second floor and at 5 in the morning I could still feel the vibrations from the ground floor of the people that were jumping around at the party. But I guess I felt quite home at these parties as well and the pictures and videos taken will again destroy any plans to become a politician in my life.
- The more impressing thing was that the people were really really active and participating even after the parties. The sharings were simply an inspiration.... some of the words are still sticking to my mind.... "stick to your color" "take five minutes a day for yourself" "do not wait for opportunities, create them" "we are all water on fire, boiling now"
- a really intense and different closing plenary
- several special people that challenged me
- several people i really felt close to
- A beautiful country with beautiful people
